This highly respected, award winning insights consultancy seeks to add a further top quality quantie to their team at the Associate Director level. They love to get to the nub of the issues and show what’s really happening and really make a tangible difference for their clients.

You will be joining an established quant practice in a role that will tap into your strong ad-hoc and tracking skills in an ad-hoc led role that will enable you to work across a myriad of accounts across Tech, Travel, Logistics, Education and more. First and foremost you must be able to deliver projects to a high standard working from proposal stage through to presentation. Alongside this you will thrive on building and developing strong and lasting relationships with clients across these sectors. This is also a great opportunity to showcase your ability to line manage, playing a key role in helping the team to continue to develop and progress.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate about insight. To be successful in this role we are looking for someone to tick as many of these points:

  • Strong quant research background & highly numerate
  • Strong at all aspects of the project lifecycle, with the confidence and experience to take the lead on projects
  • Proficient in leading pitches and writing proposals
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and work in partnership with clients
  • Solution orientated; experience in troubleshooting and finding solutions
  • Knowledgeable about different research methodologies and analysis techniques
  • Fluid storyteller – hold a passion for finding the story in data and communicating this with clarity
  • Demonstrating strong time management skills; confident planning and executing multiple projects to timelines
  • Be curious, ambitious, and show the passion and drive to make a difference to the company and their clients’ businesses.
