Our client a global research agency that are entwined in society and famous for thought leadership and polling. They continue to have fantastic successes and growth stories in their public and commercial research practise. They are keen to add an Associate Director with experience in research and evaluation to help them to continue to deliver high quality and impactful end-to-end research & evaluation solutions to their clients.

This role sits within their social research practice and specifically in the Education, Children and Families team. You will be an AD who prides themself on delivering results that can be acted on and can have an impact on policy making. You will get the chance to work on some of the most interesting and impactful research studies covering early years through to adulthood.

The ideal candidate would be interested in working on a range of research (quant or quant/qual) and evaluations, including implementation, process and impact evaluations.

As an AD with a mixed methods research & evaluation background you will:

  • Lead high profile studies (from design to final reporting)
  • Direct research & evaluation projects
  • Manage Large/Complex projects
  • Lead winning proposals
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and internal operations colleagues
  • Support the team and wider management of the business. 
  • Help to continue to grow the business.
