They will expect that you will come with some great hands on experience across the project lifecycle and they will make sure that you will quickly become a first class moderator, get involved with proposals, write killer debriefs and really hone your presenting skills. You will get the opportunity to work on brand and innovation related projects, across sectors and gain international exposure. They have lots going on with their alcoholic beverage and tech clients (e.g. app development), but they are also keen to nurture any passion you may have for a particular sector.
